EDARAN Modenas Sdn Bhd (Emos), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (Modenas), has finally announced the official pricing of its Modenas Ninja ZX-25R SE.
Available in Lime Green/Ebony and Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Grey/Ebony, the screaming machine sells for a recommended retail price of RM33,900.
Modenas chief marketing officer George Kashiwagi said the price point does not only showcase the company’s dedication to providing world-class performance but also makes the thrill of owning a high-performance sport bike more accessible for the Malaysian riders than ever before.
Challenging for the 250cc crown, the Modenas ZX-25R SE is powered by a newly engineered liquid-cooled in-line four-cylinder engine, and a voluminous tank around it, making it 18kg heavier than the two-cylinder Ninja 250.
Furthermore, the ZX-25R SE shows its true potential at 12,000rpm or higher and revs up to over 17,000rpm.
Drawing inspiration from the ZX-10R, the riding stance echoes its sporty lineage, with a low, close, and tight handlebar position. The handlebar position is not too low, offering a comfortable ride.
Other features include “breathtaking aesthetics”, traction control, upside-down fork and radial brakes.
